Robert Online Experience Advisor

When customers are looking to buy a vehicle, they call me. I am able to discuss some of their financing options, what type of vehicle they are looking for, and set them up with an appointment at a nearby dealership. My goal is to knock out as much of the process as we can over the phone so they can spend less time at the store.

I spend most days alongside my team of Advisors, assisting with their phone calls and their personal development. I do this by listening to phone calls, providing constructive feedback, and role playing how it’s done. I also strive to keep my team informed and trained on new processes and products.

My team directly impacts the customer’s online experience. So it is my job to verify we are consistently delivering top notch service and driving sales into our dealerships. I also assess emerging talent across the floor, partner with senior leaders on department strategy, and monitor my team’s daily performance to ensure targets are set.

SilverRock aids customers in managing their after-care warranty, GAP coverage, and claims process. We oversee a widespread network of repair facilities across the nation, ensuring our customers have access to reputable vehicle servicing and maintenance.

Anthony V. Fleet Services Specialist

In my role, I help handle our vendor network. This consists of acquiring new accounts, maintaining the relationship with our repair facilities, and making sure they are compliant for our customers. SilverRock offers a work-life balance, and the people here make coming to work great.

Steve B. Claims Adjuster

My day-to-day consists of working with repair facilities to complete repairs to our customer’s vehicles in an effective and timely manner. My goal is to work with both the customer and repair facility to provide solutions for both parties. SilverRock is a great atmosphere to work in. It’s very open and fun. Coming from a dealership setting, it’s a lot nicer to have more structure and more of a work-life balance.

I assist in leading the SilverRock Claims department. We are responsible for partnering with repair facilities and adjudicating claims when customers have mechanical concerns.
