As an Inventory Associate I work behind the scenes to make sure that the Reconditioning Center has all of the supplies it needs to effectively run. I also handle all vendor relationships, invoices, and administration at the Reconditioning Center.

As an Auto Tech, I ensure the safety of the vehicle for our customers by performing multiple point inspections, providing advanced diagnostics, and doing all necessary repairs. I work in a team environment with guaranteed and consistent hours each week. DriveTime even helps pay for my certifications so I can continue developing my skillset.

I am responsible for being the subject matter expert and go-to person for the team. My day consists of reviewing and auditing my team’s work to ensure DriveTime’s quality standards are being met. I enjoy getting exposure to different teams and processes, which allows me to become a more well-rounded leader.

My main priority is to oversee the wellbeing of the team and the vendors. I help roll out new processes, oversee the training and development of Team Leads, and keep a close eye on day to day production to ensure that monthly goals are being met.
