As a Customer Experience Guide, we play a key role in not only the success of the customer but in the success of our dealership. We make one of the first interactions with our customers either in person or by phone, we take pride in knowing that as a team we can come together and make the customer feel comfortable and make their vehicle shopping experience as smooth as possible.
