With a strong presence on campuses across the country, she builds lasting partnerships and connects with top-tier students to fuel our internship pipeline. Niki has successfully hired over 200 interns into our competitive summer program, helping launch countless career journeys. From career fairs to conversion strategies, she’s passionate about creating meaningful experiences that attract, engage, and retain the next generation of professionals.
As a proud Arizona State University alumni, Madison Manzo brings her passion for early career development to life. Throughout the summer, Madison works closely with our interns onsite - acting as a guide, mentor, and go-to resource.
