That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

The Specialist, Licensing Operation’s primary responsibility will be overseeing licensing initiatives for DriveTime, Bridgecrest, SilverRock and other related entities. This role will be a part of the Licensing team and will provide support to leadership and business units by leading complex projects and help drive new initiatives. The duties of the position include but is not limited to:

  • Identify and assess areas of risk within the licensing compliance environment and make recommendations for improvements to existing policies, procedures, or practices as necessary.
  • Monitor developments in the regulatory environment, assess the impact of developments and communicate the development with management and affected business units.
  • Partner with leadership on potential new product offerings and provide support and analysis of research.
  • Prepare and present results of licensing compliance procedures and provide recommendations to management for enhancement as necessary.
  • Act as Project Manager on complex projects by creating and providing timeframes for execution of renewals, form filings, and any additional projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Provide analysis of license requirements and timetables based on business need and initiatives.
  • Development, administration, and performance of licensing compliance procedures including, but not limited to, analysis and review of transactional data, new and existing programs/processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for overseeing the training of and providing support for new hires
  • Managing licenses and renewals related to DriveTime, Bridgecrest, GoFi, SilverRock and other related entities, addressing escalations.
