That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, the Skip Recovery Manager will manage the daily processes of the Skip Recovery Team by providing guidance and support, monitor quality and compliance to maximize performance. You will leverage your relationships with Recovery Management and the recovery vendor network to improve processes and recovery performance. Utilizing your analytical skills and knowledge of the business, you will assist in recommending strategy optimizations both internally and externally during production.
In long, the Skip Recovery Manager:
- Manage skip recovery team’s performance through monitoring timeliness and quality of work.
- Maintain role as point of contact for internal and external business partners and open communication for optimal performance.
- Create and maintain a culture of positive change management for the skip recovery team towards the goal of being best in class as a recovery department.
- Provides consistent updates on outstanding items and analyzes performance trends.

The Specifics.
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of management experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and decision quality skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of big picture impact.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees, customers, clients, and other involved parties
- Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 6am-4pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.
