That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, the Recovery Vendor Support Coordinator will assist recovery vendors and skip recovery specialists with questions, fee approvals, invoicing and discussions on contracted expectations. In addition, the role serves as a liaison between the customer and recovery vendor to resolve complaint issues.

In long, you will:

  • Handle customer complaint claims due to repossession activity through customer calls, research and communication with recovery vendors and auctions.
  • Review, approve or decline fees associated to the repossession and/or transport of vehicles to auction.
  • Create, review, audit and submit invoices for payment for repossession charges owed to recovery vendors.
  • Review and assess escalated vehicle transports.
  • Follow-up with recovery vendors regarding contracted SLAs, performance trends and clarification on gray area scenarios.
  • Ensure confidentiality of the company’s operations, portfolio, customer information, and computer technology.
  • Navigate through multiple software windows
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Specifics.

  • $19/hourly
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.
  • Must be self-motivated with strong decision making and problem solving abilities
  • Must be comfortable working in a call center environment
  • Professional and persuasive communication skills
  • Value and embrace diversity
