VOM is committed to providing effective outdoor media solutions and exceptional customer service to out-of-home (OOH) advertisers and operators. Since its formation in 2021, Verde Outdoor Media has focused its efforts on expansion opportunities, recently acquiring a legacy OOH company in the Midwest and partnering with seasoned operators in the Mid-and South-Atlantic.

Verde Outdoor Media is looking for a Real Estate Representative based out of either New Jersey or Pennsylvania to service our NE Market! Verde Outdoor Media, LLC is an out-of-home (OOH) media company based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and a growing addition to the family of companies owned by Ernest Garcia II, founder of DriveTime. Verde Outdoor Media is more than just an out-of-home advertising company, we’re a team of people who believe that every brand has a story to tell, and we’re here to help craft that story. Job Summary:

Supports Real Estate activities of the market including but not limited to site identification, leasing, permitting, renewal lease negotiations, easement negotiations, vegetation control, construction operations, etc.   

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assists in scouting locations for new billboards as well as identifying opportunities for digital conversion.
  • Supports negotiating lease contracts and renewals.
  • Work closely with property managers and owners.
  • Involves legal department in lease negotiations and development.
  • Fields questions, inquiries, complaints, etc., from property owners and ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Understand applicable state regulations and local laws and ordinances.
  • Works in partnership with market leadership, Verde leadership, and other departments to achieve real estate objectives.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of real estate principles and practices with an emphasis on lead generation and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of the media and advertising industry preferred.
