That’s Nice, But What’s the Job? 

In short, as a Technology Migration and Transformation Project Manager for the Bridgecrest Servicing group at DriveTime, you will play a critical role in the success of a multi-year, multi-team, multi-million-dollar program. In this role, you will own project planning, estimations, stakeholder management, execution, scheduling, cost, and risk management for one or more projects throughout Bridgecrest’s migration and transformation journey to replace its legacy core account servicing and collections platforms. 

In long, our Project Managers are responsible for: 

  • Coordinating execution of business and technology transformation projects from discovery through delivery 

  • Developing detailed work plans, including work breakdown structures, project milestones, risk assessments, management plans, project timelines, and budgets  

  • Ensuring established project delivery framework tasks, activities and deliverables are represented and accounted for in project plans and timelines 

  • Serving as the subject matter expert on project management processes and tools 

  • Owning status collection and utilizing project management tools to effectively report on project progress and provide transparency and accountability in tracking project outcomes  

  • Identifying, socializing, and remediating project risk factors 

  • Managing complex projects with multifaceted, competing priorities and deadlines, on time and within budget 

  • Leading dynamic and cross-functional project teams with resources onsite, virtual, and spread across different geographic regions 

  • Building trusting relationships with stakeholders and project team members through efficient, quality execution of projects and effective communication 

The Specifics. 

  • 3+ years working in Project Management or similar roles in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile software development environment 

  • Bachelor’s degree required - Bachelor’s in project management, business, technology, or MBA is preferred; PMP certification is a plus 

  • 2+ years managing large technology migration and transformation projects 

  • Experience working on a commercial-off-the-shelf technology migration project is preferred; specific experience implementing account servicing and collections software like Pega Collections, Alfa, FIS, defi, and Shaw Spectrum is a plus 

  • Experience working in the financial services industry (i.e. loan servicing, collections, banking, lending, etc.) is preferred; auto finance is a plus 

  • Experience with project management software like ClickUp,, Smartsheet, etc. is preferred
