Inspection Center

The DriveTime product starts at our Inspection Centers, where we inspect and recondition each vehicle before it ever reaches the store.

Our Inspection Centers run effectively and efficiently by segmenting each key area, including brakes, tires, engine, etc. This means you can rely on clear expectations and set timelines, so you can make an impact right from the start.

Purchasing

Our Buyers attends various auto auctions to purchase the inventory needed to sustain our Inspection Centers and Retail stores while our Remarketers manages all DT Credit Remarketing operations and the liquidation process.

Accelerated Management Program

We look for AMPs in all aspects of the business. This is our accelerated management program where we bring outside leaders into the company where they can make a tremendous impact in our key business units. When an AMP starts with DT they gain the opportunity to run a store, an inspection center or a department within 6 to 9 months.
