What’s Under the Hood
DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.
That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
This position is responsible for managing a repossession network of ~100 vendors to ensure compliance, efficiency, and coverage. This includes monitoring vendor compliance with required documentation, onboarding and offboarding as needed, as well as identifying new vendors where coverage gaps exist.
Essential Job Functions:
- Possesses a general understanding of Loss Mitigation processes, including repossession, skip tracing and vendor management.
- Maintain strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze reporting and administer process controls and optimization.
- Provide feedback to vendors to ensure they remain compliant to avoid unnecessary interruptions in repossession services.
- Monitor zip code coverage for vendors, making strategic adjustments as appropriate to address gaps and ensure efficient network performance.
- Administer continuous feedback and training to vendors ensuring compliance and reinforcing the potential impact of failing to meet requirements.
- Identify and recommend methods to improve processes and business operations for greater efficiency and compliance.
- Provide leadership with pertinent information to maximize vendor network compliance and proactively plan for vendor succession.
- Travel up to 25% to evaluate potential vendors, prospect new partnerships, and optimize the repossession network.

Work Experience/Education:
- High School Degree Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a Loss Mitigation or Vendor Oversight environment.
- Knowledge of repossession vendor compliance requirements is a plus.
- Required to work a flexible schedule which may include some evenings and weekends.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
