Titles Coordinator

In short, we are looking for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a results-oriented and high-performance team. The main focus of The Centralized Title Group is to review vehicle titles to ensure the title and supporting documentation adhere to state guidelines. This group is also responsible for underwriting all titles from multiple acquisition platforms for Drivetime automotive purchases to guarantee title negotiability and transfer across all 50 states.
In long, you will:
- Apply underwriting guidelines to ensure title and all supporting documents adhere to multi-state rules for title acceptance
- Partner and maintain effective communication and consistent follow-up with all acquisition platforms, DMVs, vendors, and dealerships to identify and resolve title encumbrances to seamlessly transfer title to Drivetime customers
- Adhere to internal requirements for specialized processing to support inventory movement
- Audit and maintain the integrity of title movement through systematic updates to ensure titles and vehicles move within designated timeframes
- Secure and maintain title and supporting documentation to guarantee timely distribution to dealerships, auctions, vendors and insurance companies based on vehicle disposition
- Ability to learn and utilize Excel based applications for daily workflow in addition to multiple databases
- Meet daily production expectations while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

The Specifics.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior Titles experience a plus (or a role that required high attention to detail)
- Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.
