Team Lead, Document Control

In short, as a Team Lead, you will assist management in leading a team of Coordinators to success. This includes, but not limited to: meeting department expectations, support in coaching, training, managing, and developing team members. 

In long, the Document Control Team Lead: 

  • Learn and utilize a wide variety of departmental reports to assist with establishing goals and meeting objectives. 

  • Manages team assignments to ensure company standards and objectives are met. 

  • Assist with leading the development and training of team members. 

  • Assists department leadership with conducting meetings, ensuring daily and weekly game plans are communicated and understood. 

  • Coach team to provide excellent internal and external customer service via phone, email, and tickets. 

  • Provide proactive leadership to the team to achieve maximum performance, as well as create and maintain a positive work culture consistent with Bridgecrest's vision and values. 

  • Complete other projects as needed. 

  • Proficient in the Document Control Coordinator and Specialist job functions.

The Specifics. 

  • High School Diploma or GED required 

  • Requires automotive title experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa. Occasional overtime on Saturday's during peak seasons.
