Software Engineer Intern (Summer 2026)

We are looking for skilled Software Engineering interns for our Summer 2026 internship program. Our Software Engineering teams here at the DriveTime Family of Brands support several different business verticals including; DriveTime, Bridgecrest and SilverRock. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge technologies.

In short, the Software Engineering intern will:

  • Work with the latest technologies and platforms including Angular, Ionic, .NET/C#, Node.js, Microsoft Azure & more
  • Build real-world experience within a dynamic face-paced (Agile), and professional organization.
  • Drive several exciting initiatives, help solve problems, no matter how big or small
  • Work on business-critical projects built around cutting-edge technologies

The Specifics.

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s with a graduation date of December 2026
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in software, web, or application development
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), Java
  • Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 2026 to August 2026
  • Internships will be based out of our Home Office in Tempe, AZ
  • You can expect a regular on-site schedule Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Relocation assistance not provided
