Senior Manager, Reinstatement

Responsibilities of the Job (Or Better Known as, Your Next Destination)

This position is responsible for developing and leading multiple teams to achieve department objectives within the Loss Mitigation group. This includes assessing monthly performance, quality of work, process management, providing feedback, and goal setting.

  • Possesses general understanding of Loss Mitigation processes including repossession, reinstatement and account administration
  • Provides goals and strategies to their teams that will maximize long-term success.
  • Supports and guides front line leaders to achieve maximum performance and continued individual development and succession planning across the department.
  • Monitors and reviews the process and work of each team to ensure it is effectively completed within policy and procedure.
  • Identifies and recommends methods to improve processes and business operations.
  • Administers continuous training and coaching to ensure quality customer service.

Requirements (a.k.a. What You Need to Get the Job Done)

  • High School Degree Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams, multi-site management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
