Responsibilities of the Job (Or Better Known as, Your Next Destination)

This position is responsible for developing and leading a team to achieve department objectives within the Loss Mitigation group. This includes assessing day to day performance, quality of work, providing feedback, and goal setting.

  • Possesses general understanding of Loss Mitigation processes including insurance loss mitigation, ancillary product cancellation and vendor management.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze reporting and administer process controls and optimization.
  • Provides daily goals and strategy to their team that will maximize long-term success.
  • Monitors and reviews the work of each agent to ensure it is effective, within policy and procedure.
  • Administers continuous training and coaching to ensure quality customer service.
  • Identifies and recommends methods to improve processes and business operations.
  • Provides proactive leadership to the team to achieve maximum performance and continued individual development and succession planning across the department.

Requirements (a.k.a. What You Need to Get the Job Done)

  • High School Degree Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of management experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
