Agency Compliance Specialist (AZ only)

In short, as the Agency Compliance Specialist you would be in charge of responding to formal complaints and inquiries from outside agencies including the BBB, CFPB, and Attorney General Offices. This team is a part of the Compliance department and responds on behalf of DriveTime, Bridgecrest, SilverRock, and GoFi.
In long, the responsibilities include investigating, drafting, and submitting responses to a wide variety of escalated customer complaints. Excellent writing skills are imperative, as our responses are a representation of the company, many of which are visible to the public. This position requires collaboration with customers, internal departments (e.g. Customer Relations, Legal, Collections, Retail, etc.), and external agencies.
