At DriveTime, we do more than just sell used cars, we also finance them through our very own company Bridgecrest. Bridgecrest is one of the country’s leading financial services providers that services roughly $10 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for its customers.
That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, the Vendor Management Specialist will manage our network of repossession vendors and serve as a liaison between the vendors and internal teams. This includes assisting with account inquiries, fee approvals, performance reviews, and discussions on contracted expectations.
In long, you will:
- Assist with inquiries from our network of repossession vendors
- Be involved in the onboarding process of new vendors, as well as create and execute policies and procedures
- Complete frequent audits for each vendor to ensure compliance adherence and system accuracy
- Ensure confidentiality of the company’s operations, portfolio, customer information, and computer technology
- Follow-up with vendors regarding contracted SLAs
- Pull data for monthly scorecards and review performance trends with vendors
- Navigate through multiple software applications
- Perform other related duties as assigned
