    DriveTime Needs a SilverRock Support Specialist

     

    SilverRock is the exclusive vehicle warranty provider for both DriveTime and Carvana.     That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

     

    In short, the Support Specialist assists with daily communication between business partners, customers and internal departments. Such as, injecting and cancelling contracts, uploading important documents, and setting up tows and rentals as requested.

    In long, the Support Specialist must be able to perform in a fast paced work environment, with ability to multi-task while thinking on the fly and perform with accuracy. This position calls for a self-sufficient, motivated individual looking to help contribute to a results-oriented and high performance team. In this role, you will also facilitate communication amongst our Customer Service and Claims teams. The Support Specialist is a key player in assisting management with concerns in multi-unit dealerships. In this position, you will leverage your outstanding interpersonal skills to foster those relationships and enhance customer experience.

    The Specifics.

    • $16 per hour with High School diploma (required), Bachelor or Associate degree is preferred.
    • Experience working in an administrative role.
    • Meets quality production expectations, while maintaining high level of accuracy.
    • Comfortable balancing multiple work tasks while using a variety of computer systems.
    • Commitment to teamwork and personal growth.
