DriveTime/Bridgecrest is looking for a Senior Analyst, Workforce Management

At DriveTime, we do more than just sell used cars, we also finance them through Bridgecrest. Bridgecrest is one of the country’s leading financial services providers that services roughly $10 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for its customers.
That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, you will be responsible for intraday workforce management, and call/text routing at our loan servicing contact centers.
In long, you will be responsible for:
- Partner with operational leaders to monitor and optimize staffing levels in accordance with over-arching contact strategy initiatives
- Run and analyze omni-channel communications
- Monitor closely with the lines of business and the rest of the strategy team to meet service level objectives
- Ensure the consistent, accurate reporting and compliance within all contact center teams
- Recommend and implement data-based strategy changes that improve call center efficiency

- 2+ years of analytics roles or 2+ years of combined analytics & operational roles
- Experience in workforce management and/or call center analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Haves.
- Experience using Genesys call center software in a production environment
- Financial services experience
- SQL or snowflake experience
- Knowledge of loan servicing rules and regulations
- Experience with tableau
