That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, as the Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be reviewing and analyzing customer communications.
In long, you will:
- Verify accuracy and document analysis of customer communications.
- Ability to gather information and provide specific and detailed feedback.
- Confidently and effectively communicates to audiences at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities to grasp key points from detailed phone calls and reports.
- Familiarity with tools, concepts, and methodologies of quality assurance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to develop, drive and communicate with peers on tasks and goals.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and seek improvement for failure and success in projects.

- Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Quality Assurance experience required
- 6 months customer service experience
- Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills required
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to work well with others
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and 10-key desired
