COMPANY OVERVIEW- Verde Outdoor Media

The DriveTime family of companies is looking for an Office Assistant for Verde Outdoor Media.  This role will be based out of Sioux City, Iowa.

Verde Outdoor Media, LLC is a newly formed out-of-home (OOH) media company based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and a growing addition to the family of companies owned by Ernest Garcia II, founder of DriveTime.

Boasting a dedicated team of real estate, advertising, marketing, financial and legal professionals, Verde Outdoor Media is committed to providing effective outdoor media solutions and exceptional customer service to OOH advertisers and operators.

Since its formation in 2021, Verde Outdoor Media has focused its efforts on expansion opportunities, recently acquiring a legacy OOH company in the Midwest and partnering with seasoned operators in the Mid-and South-Atlantic.

Verde Outdoor Media is led by CEO and President Dave Wood, an industry leader with 35 years of hands-on OOH experience operating in key markets across the U.S. and Mexico.

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, as an Office Assistant you will provide executive and logistical support on day-to-day activities and special projects.

In long, our Office Assistant is responsible for:

  • Coordinate work streams for our leaders and team members to ensure implemented procedures support productivity, create smooth processes and reflect priorities.

  • Helping to manage the office functionality such as ordering supplies, maintaining a positive flow and generally overseeing the environment.

  • Provide independent leadership and project management of projects.

  • Be the "face" of the office and supported leader in all interactions, communicating with team leaders, clients, prospects and partners daily.

  • Prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business implications.

  • Capable of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information.

  • Interact cross-functionally with departments, employees or others in need of meeting with leadership.

  • Handle multiple tasks while being flexible as priorities and focus can change rapidly.

The Specifics.

  • 3+ years Office Assistant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent time management, planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects/tasks

  • Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines in a fast-moving business with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work effectively with executives and staff at all levels; a team player

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
