In short, as an IT Support Specialist, you will support the day-to-day IT operations of area DriveTime locations and remote sites by troubleshooting and diagnosing PC and network related issues. Requires above average multi-tasking ability to answer calls and work tickets simultaneously. This is a hybrid work environment opportunity from our Tempe headquarters.
In long, our IT Support Specialist are responsible for:
- Providing remote technical support via phone, email, and remote connect to employees based out of call centers, reconditioning centers, dealerships, and other remote sites.
- Evaluate and prioritize support tickets that are assigned to you while ensuring everyone involved is well informed.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues
- Work alongside other team members on various IT projects.
So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?
The Specifics.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hybrid environment: 2 days in office, 3 days remote.
- Works with minimal supervision (self-starter/self-motivated)
- Technical Support and/or Help Desk experience, Call Center experience (assisting users over the phone)
- Experience supporting a Citrix environment and Thin Clients.
- After-hours and/or weekend flexibility a plus
- Exhibits strong customer service skills
- Some after hours and/or weekend work as required
- Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered
Nice to Haves.
- Duo (any two-factor authentication tool experience)
- Cisco AnyConnect (any VPN service experience)
- Avaya (any phone system support experience)
- Remote software (remote Login troubleshooting
