Impound Admin Coordinator

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, as the Impound Coordinator, you document impound notices and communicate with impound lots.
In long, you will:
- Ensure impound notices received are properly notated in the system.
- Route all impounded accounts to proper collection queues.
- Document information about location of vehicles, reason for impound, and total fees due to secure vehicles in the system.
- Complete state-specific impound packets to secure vehicles from impound yards
- Assign accounts to recovery agents for repossession if vehicle was determined to be worth repossessing.
- Document accounts when vehicles are repossessed and routes accounts to remarketing department.
- Document and routes accounts to abandon ques if the vehicle was determined not to be worth repossession.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- High School or GED required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- In Office- 7am to 4pm Schedule (no Saturdays)
- Pay at $19 per hour!!

- Collections experience is preferred.
