Snapshot of What You Will Do!

The Human Resources Intern will have an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Employee Engagement team assist with research items and being a part of our Employee Experience Team!

The Specifics.

  • Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 2023 to August 2023

  • Internships will be based out of our Home Offices in Tempe, AZ

  • You can expect a regular schedule Monday-Friday, 25-30 hours per week

You will:

  • Conduct research on a variety of topics and assist processes that impact our Employee Experience Team.

  • Get exposure to all verticals within Employee Experience, including: Computer Information Systems, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards.

If You Are..

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

  • You are currently in your Junior or Senior year.

  • You are concentrating on majors in: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Communications, Business Administration, or related major(s).

  • Excited about the opportunity to learn more about human resources.

  • Available to work 35 hours per week.

  • Academically strong credentials (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

  • Effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
