That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, as an Employee Experience Specialist you will be responsible for providing support to the company’s employees regarding HR topics and processes, including background checks, I-9’s, and HR tickets.
In long, the Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for:
- Facilitate the pre-boarding experience for new hires entering the company.
- Ensure I-9 and E-Verify compliance for new hires, renewals, and record keeping.
- Coordinate the background process for new hires and ensure all checks are in compliance with company guidelines.
- Support and guide employees on a range of HR-related topics, processes and policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service to employees by providing timely follow-up/follow-through.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum experience of 1-3 years as a support center representative specializing in Human Resources support is preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
