DriveTime Needs an HR Engagement Program Specialist

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, as the HR Engagement Program Specialist you will manage the development, organization, and evolution of Employee Experience programs to ensure the delivery of consistently impactful employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle/journey to help attract and retain our greatest assets, our employees.

In long, our Employee Experience Program Specialist are responsible for:

  • Design, develop, implement, and manage Employee Experience programs with a lens to amplify the moments that matter throughout employee’s experience.

  • Execute effective employee listening campaigns to ensure solutions are grounded by the voice of the employee.

  • Create ways to amplify our Core Principles and build employee connections; keeping employees informed, engaged, and inspired and ensuring employees feel heard, valued, respected and their work is impactful.

  • Apply innovative, employee-centric approaches with the intent to set the standard in our industry for our global Employee Experience programs.

  • Identify continuous improvement, validation and automation opportunities using multiple data driven approaches.

  • Develop engaging and informative employee communications and presentations designed to keep employees knowledgeable about Employee Experience programs.

  • Partner with employee brand designer and copywriter to develop program branding.

  • Build relationships across the organization and work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand pain points and help drive solutions across the business.

  • Review and evaluate current recognition programs and employee perks and initiatives and formulate recommendations for awards & recognition programs, making enhancements and re-marketing them to the employee population.

  • Plan, communicate and execute recognition events either on site or virtually to increase engagement, usage and visibility of the program.

  • Develop metrics to align to organizational goals and evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Drive full-scale implementation of an enterprise-level recognition program and platform and manage perks & recognition

  • Maintaining a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities.

  • Preparing an annual budget for community outreach activities.

  • Assisting in the organization of special events, including donor/volunteer appreciation events and other fundraising initiatives.

  • This person will help identify gaps and guide where our biggest opportunities are and how we best go about delivering on them. They will also develop the metrics to verify the success and business impact of initiatives.

  • Brainstorming potential partnerships or methods for engagement with the local community, maintaining a calendar for outreach events and working closely with community partners to plan and execute various outreach events.

  • Maintaining and developing swag partnerships, processes, orders, and items supporting employee experience programs.

  • Organization and time management skills in spades.  You’ll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize then re-prioritize again.

  • Plays well with others.  You will be working in a high-functioning team environment.  We work together in order to win together.

The Specifics:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience.

  • 1-2 years of experience leading programs and projects in one or more of the following areas: employee experience, employee engagement, employee survey design, employee journey management, organizational development, human resources, design thinking.

  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years within non-profit fundraising or outreach activities.
