Overview

DriveTime Needs a Director, Digital Analytics

Headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, DriveTime is the largest privately owned used car sales and finance company in the country (yes, we are THAT good)! At DriveTime, we do more than just sell used cars, we also finance them through Bridgecrest. Bridgecrest is one of the country’s leading financial services providers that services roughly $10 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for its customers.

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, you will be responsible for designing and executing digital strategies in loan servicing to minimize losses, maximize cash collected, and improve customer experience.

In long, you will be responsible for:

  • Design, pilot, and implement digital outreach strategies (app push, email, etc.)
  • Lead web and app funnel optimization analytics thereby improving customer payment rates as well as hardship tool enrollment
  • Partner with data science, product, UX, & marketing to use a combination of machine learning models and strategies to tailor a customer’s digital experience in order to provide the customer with the right offer through the right channel at the right time
  • Manage a growing team of analysts

  • Agile in a fast-past environment. We move, and we move quickly. Thriving in an environment that never stops, is a must.

The Specifics.

  • 5+ years in an analytics, marketing, strategy, or consulting role
  • Experience with digital analytics in a consumer facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience managing and developing analysts
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and economic/financial analysis
  • Experience with SQL or snowflake as well as with Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, or related hard science discipline.

Nice to Haves.

  • Experience with digital analytics or marketing analytics for a leading brand or large organization
  • Financial services experience
  • Knowledge of loan servicing rules and regulations
