That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

  • Cultivate great relationships with our 3rd party dealers
  • Drive sales growth through our call-center outreach strategies and incentive programs
  • Guide deal in house for funding
  • Mitigate portfolio risk and fraud by developing and executing on detailed funding strategies
  • Recruit, lead and manage best in-class teams for both the funding and dealer agent pods
  • Assist with the development our proprietary UI experience for our funding and dealer agents

  • Strategic thinker. We are looking for an individual that takes an insightful, future oriented, open-minded and proactive approach to thinking.
  • Operate autonomously. This isn’t a "hold your hand" kind of role. We give you autonomy to be creative in your space and do your thing. We need an individual that is self-motivated to get the work done and get the work done well.
  • Agile in a fast-past environment. We move, and we move quickly. Thriving in an environment that never stops, is a must.

The Specifics.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
  • At least 2 years experience in Auto Finance.
  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Relations.
  • At least 5 years experience in Customer Servic
