That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, as the Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be joining a team dedicated to building a world class marketing strategy by leading in innovation, automation, and data driven decision making.
Always with an eye on return on ad spend, the team is responsible for automating, and optimizing campaigns across digital and traditional marketing mediums. This includes TV, paid search, display, social, and digital video. We are a small team that packs a big punch and in addition to our focus on paid marketing we also are responsible for SEO, website analytics, and website A/B user testing.
A candidate does not need experience with marketing per se, but must possess the know how to leverage their technical skills and analytical thought to make an impact on the team and organization.

Additionally, as an equities day trader, Phoenix’s time zone makes it possible to trade in the morning before local working hours while the US stock exchanges are open.
