Not everyone gets to say that they get to go work with their friends every day, but I do. The culture at Drivetime is created first and foremost by the people you get to work with everyday. It’s what makes it possible for us to collaborate and be as open as we are because we aren’t just co-workers, were friends too. I think this is what allows everyone to have an impact on the organization. Our flat hierarchy and collaborative environment allow everyone to express their voice and drive change.

I love getting the people going. So whether it's getting everyone together for a happy hour, organizing a group trip for a weekend getaway or pulling together a weekend group workout session, I enjoy being constantly surrounded by people.
