A Day in the Life of an Operations Compliance Specialist
That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, as an Operations Compliance Coordinator you will perform core testing procedures to determine potential compliance risk for our dealership locations. You will partner with Retail Operations Compliance Specialist to improve compliance procedures and improve policies. You will also complete ad-hoc research for operations-related processes, state guidelines, internal procedure changes, and any other items deemed necessary.
In long, our Operations Compliance Coordinator are responsible for collaborating with DriTime Dealerships, our internal departments (i.e. legal, accounting, retail, etc) and outside government agencies. The qualifying candidate must enjoy helping people and have the ability to maintain personal composure when confronted with a difficult situation. They must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, self-disciplined and have strong oral and written communication skills.
