Join Bridgecrest as a Manager Trainee! We are seeking driven, talented, and hardworking individuals to become Team Managers for our Bridgecrest Loan Servicing teams.
Our program provides hands on training in: Leadership, Customer Service, Operations, Loan Servicing, Account Management, Escalations, and most importantly: People Management!

A Day in the Life of a Manager In Training
The Manager in Training is a 6 month training program where the end goal is for the candidate to become a Collections Manager at the end of the training program. They start off in training with loan advisors, learning the role and eventually moving on to training with Collections Managers where they will learn to manage and eventually take over their own team.

Being on stage is exhilarating and it’s fun to connect with people who appreciate my work. I’ve toured around the country and have also recorded television/radio ad spots for McDonalds.
