A Day in the Life of a Redemption Specialist

This position calls for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a results-oriented and high performance team.  The main focus of this position is to create solutions for our customers to reinstate their loan while providing excellent levels of customer service.

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers who need assistance in reinstating their vehicle and loan
  • Contact or attempt contact with customers with repossessed vehicles.
  • Determines customer’s ability and desire to reinstate their vehicle
  • Advises customer of any & all required stipulations, past due amounts inclusive of payments, late charges and all other related fees to complete the reinstatement
  • Maintain positive working relationships and communication with the operations team during the reinstatement process
  • Presents customer with solutions, options and programs to promote repeat business
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • College Degree preferred.
  • Between 3 to 10 years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
  • Must be self-motivated with strong decision making and problem solving abilities
  • Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills
  • Value and embrace diversity
  • Required to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays
