DriveTime is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner for our Home Office location in Tempe, AZ. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in finding the people who are crucial to our success. Acting as an individual contributor, you will be on the front line of talent pipelining for the company and work closely with the hiring leaders to develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit niche candidates for our corporate departments including finance and technology roles across all skill levels.

A Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Business Partner

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Scale our teams by leading the full life-cycle of the recruiting process from initial outreach to offer
  • Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates (active and passive) using variety of recruiting tools, referrals, social media, etc.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and reporting/metrics
  • Provide mentorship, guidance to members of the DriveTime recruiting team
  • Help define on-going recruitment strategies across the company, as well as provide feedback and recommendations to improve day-to-day recruiting operations
  • Attend networking events, university career fairs, meetups, etc.

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of recruiting experience for technical and non-technical roles
  • At least 3+ years of In-house recruiting experience; preferably IT and Finance roles (agency experience is bonus)
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring leaders
  • Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees in the organization
  • Adaptable and flexible to support the organization’s growth
  • Proven experience in identifying, engaging and closing passive candidates
  • Excellent computer and internet usage skills, such as: MS Office and Outlook
  • Extra brownie points if you have experience with iCIMS
